"Cisco has vehemently denied the [the suggestion]," Margaret Hirl of CB Richard Ellis tells GlobeSt.Com after an inquiry into the matter. "They were shocked and disappointed at the rumor." The idea that Cisco might decide to sublet the space was undoubtedly spurred by the fact that the company pre-leased Dulles Executive Plaza II late last year, but has yet to move into the building. However, Hirl insists that Cisco officials "have future plans for the space" and that they will announce those plans when appropriate. "There are a lot of decisions being made right now," she adds.
