Cost estimates on the build-out were not available.
The office design was planned to create a flexible workspace that allows employees to move around the office, offering computer plug-ins from anywhere in the office. The new office will retain the existing three-story spiral staircase, and will add the law library and employee dining room. The project uses a lot of high-end custom wood detailing, says Kevin Rolfes, the project architect who works for Perkins & Will.
