Greiner Construction Tapped For IDS Build-Out

MINNEAPOLIS-The firm is emphasizing flexibility in reconstruction of four stories at IDS Center totaling 90,000 sf for Merchant & Gould, a law firm specializing in intellectual property. Perkins & Will is the architect.

MINNEAPOLIS-Greiner Construction has been hired to oversee the build-out of the new corporate headquarters for the Merchant & Gould law firm at the IDS Center inDowntown. Greiner Construction, the Minneapolis-based construction firm, is working with the architectural firm of Perkins & Will, is managing reconstruction of the 90,000-sf area that covers four floors of the landmark tower.

“As one of the largest intellectual property attorneys in the country, Merchant & Gould wanted this space to reflect both its history of experience as well as its cutting edge capabilities,” says Wolfgang Greiner, president of Greiner Construction. Cost estimates on the build-out were not available.
