Peter Piper Picks New Corporate HQ Site

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The popular pizza operator seals a 14,481-sf lease deal for Ryan Corporate Center, with an eye on an April 1 move-in. The Peter Piper long-term signing is valued at nearly $2 million.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Peter Piper Inc. has signed a long-term lease for a corporate headquarters relocation from central Scottsdale to the northern tier. The 75-month lease for 14,481 sf is valued at nearly $2 million.

Peter Piper, the pizza chain operator, will relocate April 1, Jim Watkins of Lee & Associates Arizona, tells GlobeSt.com. The new address is a 107,000-sf class A Ryan Corporate Center, located at 14635 N. Kerland Blvd. in the 700-acre, master-planned community of Kierland. Peter Piper is moving into space that has been dormant since the building’s completion nearly a year ago.
