The building stands at 28340 Avenue Crocker. It's inside the master-planned Valencia Industrial Center.

The buyer is Avenue Crocker Investors LLC, an investment group based in Los Angeles. The property was sold by Earle Properties, a private real estate investment and development company that's headquartered in Agoura Hills.

Jim Linn, Nigel Stout and Chris Jackson of Grubb & Ellis' North Los Angeles office represented both parties in the transaction.
