The expansion of the former paper recycling plant will lead to the construction of two new buildings, as well as new equipment and jobs, company officials say.The money comes from a site reclamation grant from the Michigan Departmentof Environmental Quality.
"The grant will help alleviate the environmental problems at the factory site, and help Victor create new jobs for the area," says State Senate Majority Leader Dan DeGrow, a Port Huron Republican.
