Ford Alexander of Colliers Oxford Commercial's Austin office has represented Vignette in the transactions. Charles Porter of Brykerwoods Real Estate has represented CFX and Charles Dixon has acted on behalf of CB Richard Ellis.

Vignette, which develops and sells software that helps its clients manage their Web sites, has moved from those buildings and from the 121,000-sf Barton Oaks Plaza III to Barton Skyway II.

The CB Richard Ellis deal was done directly with the landlord, Prentiss Properties Inc., which terminated its deal with Vignette. At 1601 S. MoPac Expressway, Barton Skyway II is a four-story building with 195,270 sf.

CFX, which provides engineering services in telecommunications and land development, moves from 4330 S. MoPac. Terrace II, 2700 Via Fortuna Drive, has 115,000 sf in five stories.
