Built in 1988, the center is located at the northeast corner of Ives Dairy Road and Biscayne Boulevard. Anchor tenants include a Marshalls Megastore, Winn-Dixie Supermark, Michaels Arts & Crafts and Circuit City. Sonnenblick-Goldman Co. represented the seller in the transaction.
