R. D. Olson Begins $3.8-Mil Renovation

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-The construction company will refurbish and expand the El Niguel Country Club's locker rooms, clubhouse and outdoor patio. The project will add 9,000 sf to the country club.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-Renovation of the El Niguel Country Club has recently commenced, with R. D. Olson Construction heading up the project.

The renovation will include the refurbishment and expansion of the country club’s locker rooms, clubhouse and outdoor patio. All of the décor will match that of the existing facility. Designed by Keary Gregg & Associates of Laguna Niguel, the expansion will add 9,000 sf to the country club, which is located at 23700 Clubhouse Dr.

“The expansion will provide the country club with the necessary space to cater to its growing clientele,” says Dennis Reyling, president of Irvine-based R. D. Olson Construction. “We are pleased to contribute to the country club’s progress.”
