Telecom Company Signs 18,000-SF Lease

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Tollgrade Communications' agreement to take the space completes the lease-up of Schenkman/Kushner's 140,000-sf class A building.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Tollgrade Communications, a telecom company, has signed a long-term lease for 18,778 sf at 685 Route 202/206 here. The class A commercial building is owned by Schenkman/Kushner Affiliates, also based here.

The Tollgrade transaction completes the lease-up of the building, according to Jonathan Kushner, director of leasing for Schenkman/Kushner. The three-story asset, which features an atrium lobby and a cafeteria, totals 140,000 sf of space. Other tenants include AT&T, Aventis, Russel Stanley, Agile Technologies and Professional Detailing.
