Consulting Firm Relocates to Westminster

WESTMINSTER, CA-Komex H20 Science Inc. inks a $2-million lease for office space here. The firm will relocate in January from its current headquarter in Huntington Beach.

WESTMINSTER, CA-An environmental consulting firm will soon be testing the waters in Westminster, as the company has recently signed a five-year lease for office space here.

Komex H20 Science Inc. is planning to move its headquarters to the Westminster location in January. The firm will occupy 19,000 sf at 5455 Garden Grove Blvd., according to the terms of the $2-million lease. It will relocate from its current headquarters at 5500 Bolsa Ave. in Huntington Beach.
