AMI Semiconductor has taken on 7,040 sf in Plano's Park Center, located at the corner of Park Boulevard and Dallas North Tollway. The two-year-old building has five floors and houses 225,000 sf. At the Bank of America Plaza, Little Pedersen, Frankhauser & Cox LLP will move into 8,087 sf of office space.
Downtown's tallest skyscraper at 72-stories high, the Bank of America, building, is 14 years old and was most recently known as NationsBank Plaza.
Addison's granite and glass 14-story Millennium Center will get a new tenant, with ING North America Insurance Corp. leasing of 12,616 sf.
"While the rest of the country seems to be slowing down, we have an incredible amount of business that is closing," Cushman & Wakefield senior managing director and area leader Liz Trocchio tells GlobeSt.com. "We are looking forward to a very strong first quarter."
