In the largest of the two transactions, apparel-maker Liberty Glove Inc. leased 181,500 sf of space at 433-439 Cheryl Lane. The space is inside Catellus Commerce Center.
The 10-year contract is valued at $8 million. David Lin of Kotai Realty represented the tenant in the negotiations. A Colliers Seeley International team of Tom Taylor and Steve Bellitti represented the development's owner, San Francisco-based real estate giant Catellus Development Corp.
In the other lease deal, Lee Kum Kee (USA) Inc. took 110,929 sf of industrial space at 14841 Don Julian Road. The company is one of the world's largest manufacturers of Oriental sauces and condiments.
The value of the tenant's 10-year contract is $5.6 million. Bellitti and another Colliers Seeley broker, Tom Calhoun, represented Lee Kum Kee in the deal. Ted Carpenter of Carpenter & Associates spoke for landlord Bechler Corp.
