Last year, he spearheaded the TXU Energy Trading Group move from Houston to Dallas, a transaction that accounts for 10% of all leasing activity in downtown for 2000.

Senior Managing Director Liz Trocchio says Gardner "is an example of the type of broker Cushman & Wakefield is looking to employ and mentor." In addition to deeming him a "rising star," Trocchio adds, "he has without a doubt proven to be the best of the best; keeping with our company's strategic plan."

This is Gardner's third year with the firm. He left a position as a leasing agent in Trammell Crow Company's Dallas office to join Cushman. "My goal," Gardner attests, "is to be one of the best brokers at this firm and in this city.
