We're talking about Aurora, the third-largest city in Colorado.

The 98,000-sf Aurora Municipal Building, home to the city's government for the past 26 years, is for sale. It can be yours for $6 million.

The eight-story building is one of the tallest in the city of 276,000 people.

The city is getting ready to move into a new municipal building.

"The building has served us well over the years, but it's time for new owners," says Lyman Ho, Aurora's manager of real property services. "The new owners will find that the building is very flexible with limitless floor plans. And the location makes it attractive."

The building has easy access to interstates 25, 225 and 70.

The building is ready for a quick sale.

"The lawn is tidy, the windows are polished and some rooms have a vase of flowers attractively displayed to draw potential buyers in," the city notes.
