Malloy Family Partners plans to occupy the 25,265-sf facility, says Dave Williams, a Lee & Associates broker who worked on the deal. The property stands at 1400 E. Orangethorpe Ave.

Williams, Elizabeth Hughes, Rob Leiter and Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates' Orange office spoke for Malloy Family Partners. The seller, Loomis Family Trust, was represented by Hughes and Leiter.

The deal follows on the heels of the recent sale of Fullerton's Commonwealth Industrial Park. The 280,000-sf industrial complex was snatched up by Hager Pacific Properties through Pacific West Management, one of its related entities. Comprised of three buildings, the property is located at 2401-2425 W. Commonwealth Ave. and 2410-2440 Artesia Ave. Currently occupied by five industrial tenants, it stands on a 12.5-acre parcel approximately one-half mile east of the Fullerton Airport.
