Midland Chooses Corporate Woods For HQ

OVERLAND PARK, KS-Midland Loan Services, Inc. has agreed to lease 133,000 sf of class-A office space in Building 82 of the Corporate Woods suburban office campus here. In July, the company expects to relocate its corporate headquarters from its existing facility located at 210 W. 10th St. in Kansas City, MO.

“After a nine-month review, our facility committee determined Corporate Woods offered the best existing space in terms of its large floor plates, ample parking, convenient location and overall amenities,” says Douglas Danforth, Jr., president and chiefexecutive officer of Midland Loan Services.
