Aspen Technology Subleases More Space at Ashford V

HOUSTON-Aspen Technology has signed Berg-Oliver Associates to 10,170 sf at Ashford V in West Houston. Since February, the high-tech firm has subleased more than 35,500 sf in the office building in three signings.

HOUSTON-Aspen Technology has subleased another 10,170 sf at Ashford V at 14701 St. Mary’s Lane in West Houston. Berg-Oliver Associates is prepping to move into the spot.

The office building is located near the intersection of US Highway 10 and Dairy Ashford Road. The signing marks the third sublease agreement Aspen Technology closed this year for office space at Ashford V.
