Burke has completed four office-industrial buildings totaling 163,000 sf on the site, just east of Interstate 35 on Round Rock's north side. With the additional acreage, the development now has 118 acres.
Casey Borgers and Jerry Heare, industrial specialists with NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co., represented Burke in the land buy. They also represent Burke in leasing the property and say active negotiations are ongoing. The buildings, which can be rented or bought, feature a flex design suitable for multiple tenants or held intact for a single occupant. Formerly known as the Oakmont Center, the development's neighbors are Cypress Semiconductor, Abbot Labs, Tyco, Tellabs, Teco Westinghouse and Weed Instruments.
