The site is now roughly 11 acres of industrial businesses, auto shops, a lumber yard and markets and shops. The City Council her has approved zoning changes to encourage new shops and restaurants to come to the area.

Council members also gave the nod to design guidelines for buildings, signs and landscaping for the area bounded by Centre City Parkway, Quince Street, Valley Parkway and Fourth Avenue.
