Crews Working on 292-Unit Miramar Apartments

MIRAMAR, FL-Minto Villaggio is building a 292-unit rental apartment complex in the Country Lakes West development. A $22.3-million loan, or $76,370 per unit, has been structured to finance the project.

MIRAMAR,FL-Locally owned Minto Villaggio is constructing a 292-unit rental apartment complex at the northwest of Dykes and Bass Creek roads in the Country Lakes West development, according to Michael Y. Cannon, managing director of Integra Realty Resources.

The project is being financed with a loan from First Union National Bank in the amount of $22.3 million, or $76,370 per unit. Michael Greenberg and Harry L. Posin are the Minto Villaggio executives. Minto Builders is the contractor on the job. Miramar is approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Miami.
