DevSec And Berkeley Land Heart Of Slough Mixed-Use Project

LONDON-Slough Borough Council has picked Development Securities and Berkeley Homes as the preferred development partners for the town centre regeneration initiative of Slough, Berkshire.

The initiative, called the ‘Heart of Slough’ will transform a 29-acre site in the centre of Slough, creating a mix of houses, leisure, office and educational space. .

Julian Barwick, Joint Managing Director of Development Securities said: ‘We will provide Slough with a new heart encompassing community, residential, infrastructure and commercial/leisure components of the highest quality. We are looking forward to working with the council team to further develop those ideas.’ .
