It was formerly a General Motors Corp. stamping facility.
The property features a 2.2 million-sf industrial facility with large contiguous space, that can be subdivided to suit; multiple loading docks; rail access and a 143,000-sf, three-story office structure.
It has been designated a Renaissance Zone, providing for an abatement of most state and local taxes through 2015. The property also includes more than 300 acres of land for future industrial, commercial and retail development.

The company is a commercial real estate firm with offices in Southfield andKalamazoo, specializing in industrial, office, retail and commercial brokerage, property/asset management, investment sales, mortgage banking and market research. In 2000, Signature leased or sold more than 18.5 million sf and sold more than 1800 acres of land.
