Williams joined Edens & Avant's retail leasing group in 1998. Before that she headed Carolyn Williams & Co., where she was tenant representative for Winn-Dixie stores in eastern North Carolina and Virginia. William also worked as The Paragon Group's vice president and director of leasing, overseeing more than 1.7 million sf of retail space in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia.
Columbia, SC-based Edens & Avant owns and manages more than 250 shopping centers in 19 states. In the Charlotte area, the company is involved in the expansion of Kenilworth Commons in Dilworth and the planned expansion of Mountain Island Marketplace on Charlotte's north side.
