The announcement was made by the company's president, Andrew V. Farbman. The real estate firm will be responsible for servicing six office buildings throughout Southeast Michigan totaling 175,000 sf, with a current occupancy ranging from 70% to 80%.

Farbman says the company is developing an enhanced marketing strategy to increase occupancy and add to the current tenant mix of medical office space. Tim Sinclair, a vice president of the company, will be in charge of the account.

The company transacts real estate deals in more than 35 countries, with 230 offices in more than 300 markets worldwide. It is the brokerage division of the Farbman Group, also based in Southfield.
