The so-called Seventh Avenue Medical Plaza would sit on the northeast corner of the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Southwest Baseline Street, according to documents filed with the city. A sky bridge would connect the second story to the existing main hospital. A parking lot would replace the existing Wells Fargo bank building on Baseline.

The top two floors would be leased to doctors serving the community. The middle two floors would house hospital-related services, and the street level would include parking and retail space. The planning commission is expected to review the proposal on Jan. 9. Construction is slated to commence next spring and last 15 months.
