"KSI continues to expand its presence in Montgomery County in a very positive way," KSI's Senior Vice President Dick Knapp says in a press release. "We are building new apartments and revitalizing several older apartment communities so we can offer Montgomery County residents the chance to live in quality homes at reasonable rates." The local Chamber of Commerce and Maryland's governor have officially commended KSI for its efforts to help rejuvenate the area. Bethesda Commons, Fallswood Commons, Lakewood Commons and Woodside Crossing are among the apartment communities that KSI has purchased and restored in Montgomery County.
