OA Development Shells Out $756,000 for 54 Acres

ATLANTA-Gilbert Road LLC sells 54 acres with convenient access to Hartsfield International Airport in Clayton County. Advantis Real Estate Services represented both sides on the deal. The land brings $14,000 per acre.

ATLANTA-OA Development paid $756,000 for 54 acres near Hartsfield International Airport in Clayton County. The land is on Gilbert Road, just inside Interstate 285 across Aviation Boulevard from Hartsfield. Gilbert Road LLC sold the property.

The property sold for an average of $14,000 per acre, said David O. Williams, who represented the seller for Advantis. Rick Tumlin of Advantis Real Estate Services Co. represented Atlanta-based OA Development. OA Development just completed a 96,000-sf distribution facility on Old Dixie Highway and plans to develop the Gilbert Street property.
