This recent contract involves 10 of The Irvine Co.'s buildings, including the 1.6-million-sf Jamboree Center in Irvine, the 814,000-sf Westwood Gateway in West LA, the 748,000-sf Fox Plaza in Century City and the 333,000-sf La Jolla Gateway in San Diego.
Insignia is one of only three companies to provide The Irvine Co. with office and industrial management and limited leasing services in Orange County, Silicon Valley and San Diego. Services also include construction management, horticulture services, tenant marketing, engineering and roof management.
This latest contract has cemented Insignia's dominant management position in Orange County, as it now manages 21 million sf of commercial space here. It has also catapulted Insignia into the number two slot for property management in Los Angeles County, as the company now manages 10.4 million sf there.
