IRVINE, CA-The Irvine Co. has tapped Insignia/ESG to manage 3.5 million sf of Class A office space throughout Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. Insignia now services a portfolio of approximately 22.5 million sf for The Irvine Co., making it the company’s single largest client on a national basis.

This recent contract involves 10 of The Irvine Co.’s buildings, including the 1.6-million-sf Jamboree Center in Irvine, the 814,000-sf Westwood Gateway in West LA, the 748,000-sf Fox Plaza in Century City and the 333,000-sf La Jolla Gateway in San Diego.
