The 246,825-sf mixed-use complex contains 65% office product and 35% industrial and R&D space. The 20 buildings that comprise the Laguna Niguel property range in size from 2,900 sf to 38,000 sf. Half of the complex's facilities fall in the range of 2,900 sf to 5,307 sf, while the other buildings are between 10,000 sf and 38,000 sf.

Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office acted on behalf of Voit Development Co. The brokerage team also represented the seller, Birtcher Niguel.

Voit Development Co. plans to put the 20 properties up for sale individually, according to Brian Malliet, the company's vice president. The buildings will be offered to both investors and users.

Both Voit Development Co. and Voit Commercial Brokerage are part of The Voit Companies, which was founded in 1971. The firm offers commercial brokerage, construction, acquisition, development and project management services to individuals, corporations and institutions throughout California and Arizona.
