LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-Voit Development Co. has acquired the Birtcher Business Park in a deal valued at $30 million.

The 246,825-sf mixed-use complex contains 65% office product and 35% industrial and R&D space. The 20 buildings that comprise the Laguna Niguel property range in size from 2,900 sf to 38,000 sf. Half of the complex’s facilities fall in the range of 2,900 sf to 5,307 sf, while the other buildings are between 10,000 sf and 38,000 sf.

Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim office acted on behalf of Voit Development Co. The brokerage team also represented the seller, Birtcher Niguel.
