Spaulding & Slye Colliers's construction group managed the work on the facility, which is owned by Living Care Villages of Massachusetts. Among the features of the project are new aerobic training rooms, a cardio-vascular/strength center, personal training rooms, therapy rooms, and a fitness testing area. One floor is comprised of corporate offices, an education center, conference rooms, and guest suites for the resident's visitors.

The 328-unit facility has a 72-bed skilled nursing facility. In a released statement, Kenneth Strong, director of operations at North Hill emphasizes that the expansion and renovations enables the community to provide clients with a "health care continuum."

Spaulding & Slye Colliers' construction group has completed over 35 million sf of interior construction, and over $1.5 billion of building construction.
