SAN ANTONIO-The property management and leasing team that David Gold is taking from Koontz-McCombs to REOC Partners is moving into its new quarters this week. Gold’s team won’t officially be at work REOC until Jan.1, 2002 but has left offices in Koontz-McComb Plaza to make room for new tenants there.

Gold had joined Koontz-McCombs, the real estate partnership of Bart Koontz and Red McCombs, in August 2000. Besides managing the Koontz-McCombs properties, he and his team continued to handle third-party properties. Gold and Koontz-McCombs had an amicable parting when Koontz-McCombs decided to bring the property management duties in house.
