CRANFORD, NJ-Mack-Cali Realty Corp., based here, will pay shareholders a dividend of 62 cents a share for the period of October 1 through December 31, 2001. The amount, declared by the company’s board of directors on Tuesday, indicates an annual rate of $2.48 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 22, 2002 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2002.

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust. The company owns or has interests in 268 properties, mostly office and office/flex buildings located in the Northeast. The portfolio totals approximately 28.5 million sf and has a base of some 2,400 tenants.
