Andrew B. Zezas, senior managing director in Insignia/ESG's New Jersey office, Saddle Brook, and Key Otomo, managing director in the company's Manhattan office, represented the tenant. "As Kyowa continued to grow, it became apparent that their current offices wouldn't be able to accommodate all of their needs," according to Zezas.
Kyowa specializes in R&D, manufacturing and marketing pharmaceuticals in the areas of neuroscience, oncology, cardiology, nephrology, immunology and endocrinology.
Besides its 16 class A office buildings, Carnegie Center includes a Hyatt Regency hotel, post office, bank, childcare facility and heliport. Other tenants at 212 Carnegie Dr. include William M. Mercer, Inc., Seabury & Smith and Office Concierge.
