Messinger will focus on the sale and leasing of office and industrial space at Beacon Station, Florida's largest mixed-use business park. Beacon Station will have nine million sf of office, distribution and showroom warehouse, hotel and retail space at full build-out.
Prior to joining Codina Realty Services, Messinger was a manager with CBS Sportsline.com Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he was responsible for developing strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Also, he was a business development associate with 24/7 Media Inc. in New York.
