Terms of the five-year lease will provide Fiserv Inc. with 27,274 sf at 20660 Bahama St. The property is inside Nordhoff Industrial Complex, a 17-building business park developed by Parker Industrial Properties and legendary Southland builder Ray Watt.

Wisconsin-based Fiserv works for more than 10,000 banks, credit unions, insurers and other financial-services companies around the world.

Phil McCarthy of Transwestern Commercial and Jim Ebanks of Realty Advisors Inc. represented Fiserv in the lease negotiations. Tim Foutz of NAI Capital Commercial represented Parker Industrial Properties.
