Pair of Properties Fetch Combined $12.1 Mil

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The Automobile Club of Southern California pays $6.3 million for a 68,708-sf industrial building in Westminster, while Abbey Co. picks up an 82,010-sf business complex in La Mirada for $5.9 million.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The Automobile Club of Southern California has paid $6.3 million for an industrial building in Westminster and locally based Abbey Co. has purchased a La Mirada business complex for $5.9 million.

The Automobile Club’s new acquisition stands at 14700 Hoover St. The 68,708-sf building was sold by SRG Westminster, a private real estate investment group.

SRG was represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers Ian Britton, Brad Bierbaum, Brian DeRevere and Bob Goodmanson. The buyer was represented by Gary Stache and Mark Larson, also of CB Richard Ellis.
