The largest deal of the duet is 4,800 sf for the 17-year-old Esprit office building at 515 Capital of Texas Highway in the southern corridor. Konolle & Young, an optometrist, has signed a three-year deal for the 30,000-sf building, owned by a local partnership. Steve McMillon, senior vice president of Kucera Co. in Austin, represented the building owner and Chris Marchbanks of Cresa Partners in Austin negotiated the pact on the tenant's behalf.

In a 3,100 signing, Novogradac & Co. exits the Koger center and heads to Kaleido, an office building at 9390 Research Blvd. in the northwest submarket. The four-year lease takes the 72,000-sf building to 99% occupancy, McMillon tells GlobeSt.com. McMillon handled the deal for the tenant and Renee Hicks of NAI Commercial Industrial Properties represented Powerquest, a high-tech firm, the prior occupant. The 16-year-old building is owned by an overseas partnership.
