$51-Mil Office Tower, Parking Planned

LANSING.MI-More parking already was needed for an existing office tower, so Boji Group LLC. is building a nine-story structure in addition to its new 300,000-sf office complex, which includes 18,000 sf of retail space.

LANSING.MI-The Boji Group LLC. has committed to a $51-million investment for a multi-story commercial office building and a parking structure in the Central Business District. The company has entered in a joint partnership with the city to construct the parking facility.

The location at the corner of Capitol and Allegan will help solve a longstanding parking problem in the Downtown area. The nine-level parking garage will provide space for 1,450 vehicles.
