The $28 million property, acquired by Imerman's King David Kosher Inc., will be based in Macon, 90 miles southeast of Downtown Atlanta. The Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority gave the company $100,000 tax abatements over seven years for new equipment purchases, according to a published report. The site is in Macon's 500-acre Downtown Industrial District, part of the Brownfields Redevelopment Areas.
