Hayden Ferry Lakeside Marks Topping Out

TEMPE, AZ-Pre-leasing is brisk at a 209,000-sf office building that's due to deliver in June 2002. McCarthy, the general contractor, and SunCor, the developer, already have signed up for office spots. Both will be relocating from Phoenix.

TEMPE, AZ-Pre-leasing is brisk for Hayden Ferry Lakeside’s phase one, which tops out Friday. The 209,000-sf office building carries a June 2002 delivery and heralds the first project for the lake along Rio Salado Parkway.

The project, upon completion, will be home to McCarthy Building Co. Inc.’s Southwest Division office and SunCor Development Co. The eight-story office building is coming out of the ground at the Rio Salado Parkway’s intersection with Mill Avenue.

McCarthy is the construction manager and general contractor. SunCor is the developer along with Benton-Robb Development Associates and Bay State Milling Co.
