JBG had little problem securing a tenant for the building, which could be interpreted as a positive sign for area commercial realty. "This was a deal that was completed in record time," JBG Principal Grant Ehat notes in a statement on the leasing agreement. "We secured the listing and, within 10 days, had a signed letter of intent from the Rhodeside Grill. This is a highly sought-after space located in a well-traveled corridor, and we are confident the restaurant will succeed." This will be the restaurant's second locale; the original Rhodeside Grill is located in Arlington, Virginia.
