Restaurant Leases Space for 2nd Location

FAIRFAX, VA-Eclectic American cuisine restaurant Rhodeside Grill fills an empty spot at 3971 Chain Bridge Road, as it signs a lease through JBG Rosenfeld Retail to move into the 4,500-sf structure. Formerly occupied by the Black Eyed Pea restaurant, the structure did not sit empty for long. The exact terms of the lease are not being disclosed.

JBG had little problem securing a tenant for the building, which could be interpreted as a positive sign for area commercial realty. “This was a deal that was completed in record time,” JBG Principal Grant Ehat notes in a statement on the leasing agreement. “We secured the listing and, within 10 days, had a signed letter of intent from the Rhodeside Grill. This is a highly sought-after space located in a well-traveled corridor, and we are confident the restaurant will succeed.” This will be the restaurant’s second locale; the original Rhodeside Grill is located in Arlington, Virginia.
