UCC Total Home, a buyers club, has signed a 4,904-sf, long-term lease for 12667 Silicon Dr. in the northwest submarket. Joe Carroll of the San Antonio team for Grubb & Ellis Co. closed the deal for the building owner, Primera Partners of San Antonio. David Dallard, also of Grubb & Ellis, negotiated for the tenant.
Carroll tells GlobeSt.com that the closing also closes the books on his leasing duties for the property. Primera acquired the holding in late summer from Principal Financial Group of Des Moines, IA and will now assume the leasing task. There is 5,000 sf vacant in the 18-year-old park, according to Carroll.
