Eden Wood Markets 34,462 SF of Warehouse Space

JERSEY CITY-Located within a 492,000-sf industrial complex, the space includes a small office component and is targeted for back office and logistics operations by the owner.

JERSEY CITY-Eden Wood Realty of Whippany, NJ has put 34,462 sf of combined warehouse and office space on the market at 150 Pacific Ave. here. The space is within a 492,000-sf industrial complex.

Of the total space, 1,200 sf is built out for offices, and Eden Wood is targeting back-office users, as well as distribution and logistics. “In a market where competitive space is virtually obsolete, Jersey City is evolving from garment and trucking centers to accommodate today’s commercial companies,” according to Amy Neu, president of Eden Wood Realty. “This space is well-located for distribution and third-party operations looking to satisfy the trend toward outsourcing.”
