The team consists of John Pruitt, Michelle Wogan, Dena Wren and Louis Crapitto."There is currently no available office space on the Beltway between Interstate 10 and US 290," says Pruitt, "and we expect this first building to lease quickly." The flagship building, Beltway 8 Corporate Centre, is a two-story, 102,000-sf office building scheduled for completion in June 2002. The Beltway 8 Corporate Centre Business Park. is located along West Sam Houston Parkway just north of Clay Road. Construction is under way on the building.
Panattoni is teaming with MetroNational Corp. of Houston for the park's development. Published reports say the project is partially financed by the Southwest Bank of Texas.
