It leased 10,638 sf at Riverside Place Shopping Center at 2410 E. Riverside Dr. and 13,544 at Southridge Plaza, situated at the intersection of William Cannon Boulevard and South First Street. RPSC owns Riverside Plaza and Weingarten Realty of Dallas is Southridge's property owner. David Simmonds and Terri Twomey, both with the commercial retail division of Dallas-based Weitzman Group, handled negotiations for One Dollar Deals. The retailer offers a wide range of merchandise, including toys, health and beauty aids, hardware, seasonal and gift items, bath accessories, hair goods and socks for women and children, batteries and more.
Riverside Place, developed in 1987 and leased by Austin's Durhman & Bassett Realty Group, has 101,408 sf of leasable space. Southridge Plaza has 142,871 sf.
