Golf Course Complex Sells for $6.8 Mil

ROTONDA, FL-The Rotonda Golf and Country Club's three courses include 18 holes of executive golf, formerly owned by past U.S. Open champion Raymond Floyd. The property is between Fort Myers and Sarasota, 100 miles northwest of Downtown Miami.

Rotonda Golf and Country Club's three golf courses--The Hills, The Links and The Palms--include 36 holes of championship golf and 18 holes of executive golf, formerly owned by past U.S. Open champion Raymond Floyd. The country club and master-planned community are located on the west coast of Florida between Fort Myers and Sarasota.

Roger Garrett of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office brokered the transaction.
